After changing our concept to Troquet River North, we are evaluating our live music program. At this point we are happy to continue to partner with some of Chicago’s best performers. We at Troquet River North believe live music is an important part of society and we are proud to support musicians and the arts. We will continue with our music program every Wednesday and occasionally on Weekends.

The LM Restaurant Group, now including chef Martial Noguier, is revamping the Hotel Felix with a sophisticated sibling to Troquet in Ravenswood.

 

Springing up like one of the first crocuses of 2014, Troquet River North (Hotel Felix, 111 W. Huron St., 312-202-9900) opens Friday, the first fruits of the newly formed partnership between the LM Restaurant Group and chef Martial Noguier (Bistronomic). It replaces LM Bistro in the space. Michigan Avenue - Troquet Offers Wine-centric Cocktails in River North

 

Last week, LM Restaurant Group—the group behind hotspots like Bistronomic and Brasserie by LM—unveiled Troquet, a French concept that brings present-day Paris to River North. In French, “troquet” translates to a fun, casual bar helmed by hip chefs; in this case, chef de cuisine/Paris native, Benoit Fliou, and managing chef/partner, Martial Noguier.  Read more…
